On–site support / maintenance contracts
We offer different levels of service based on the following packages:


  • Adhoc service
    book a call out as and when problems occur. A callout and an hourly rate will be charged, response time is dependant on an engineer becoming available, contract holders take priority.
  • Retainer Pack
    This is a package were the client pays an annual fee (based on the equipment they have) to secure priority service with set response times. Callout and hourly rates will apply along with the cost of any hardware or software required. Retainer packs must be taken out to cover an entire network
  • Premier Pack
    This is a package were the client pays an annual fee (based on the equipment they have) to secure priority service with set response times. Callout, labour and hardware parts costs are included in the annual contract fee. (General exclusions are: Peripheral items e.g. monitors, keyboards, mice, cut or physically damaged cables, external drives/devices etc. Most of these items are low value and are generally discarded in the event of failure outside warranty. End of life items, problems arising from (and the elimination of) computer viruses are excluded. Printing & scanning equipment is usually a manufacturer only repair, and therefore is not covered by this contract).
  • Enterprise Pack
    This is the Total Care package were the client pays an annual fee (based on the equipment they have) to secure top priority service with guaranteed response times. Callout, labour and hardware parts costs are included in the annual contract fee. There are no exclusions (except for end of life equipment that is no longer serviceable, and those items that apply globally)
  • Remote Support
    We can also support services remotely without having to visit your premises. For this service you need to download and install the software below. To install please click the link below.
